  • DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOMIZED INTEGRATED SOFTWARE

Development of customized integrated software solution for rural and urban property records with GIS capabilities and registration of deeds is core activity under the Project. The consultancy Firm hired for the purpose is required to carry out detailed System Requirement Study of the Provincial Record Management system and develop Data entry software as well as fully functional software for all Revenue related transactions and generation of reports.

  • DIGITIZATION OF MANUAL REVENUE PROPERTY RECORDS INTO SCANNED / INDEXED ELECTRONICALLY ASSESSABLE FORMAT

Manual Revenue property records of agricultural and non agricultural lands would simultaneously be digitized into scanned / indexed in electronically assessable format for online availability to the data entry operators. This exercise is also assigned to the Software Consultancy Firm.

  • DATA ENTRY OF OWNERSHIP RECORDS INTO ELECTRONIC DATABASE

Data entry of ownership records into the electronic database by way of key punch operation would be carried out by the data entry firms. In order to accelerate pace of data entry of Revenue record of twenty seven (27) Districts of the Province the work is divided into fourteen (14) clusters and assigned to nine (9) firms selected under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.

  • ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATIONALIZATION OF DATA CENTER (DC) & DISASTER RECOVERY CENTERS (DRC)

Establishment and operationalization of Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center is based upon the need assessment conducted by the Software Consultant who has also provided specifications for Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC). The Software Consultant would also arrange for hardware and system integration experts to provide specifications of hardware and networking requirements of the Data Centers as well as the District Facilitation Centers.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF PROPERTY RECORD FACILITATION CENTERS

Twenty Seven (27) Property Record Facilitation Centers, one in each District will be established under the Program. These Service Centers will be the KEY to successful implementation of the Project and will become hub of all activities related to land records by providing one window operation services and information dissemination for the entire community in due course of time.
